Dr. Crookham is a fellowship trained Sport & Exercise Medicine physician.  He is also certified in musculoskeletal Sonography and Family Medicine.  Jason treats recreational to professional athletes, and has provided athlete medical coverage for events such as the Rio Summer Olympic Games, FIFA World Cup soccer, NHL and NCAA football and basketball.  He is a former member of the Canadian National Cycling Team.

Dr. Crookham performs ultrasound guided diagnostic and therapsutic procedures to alleviate pain and promote healing.  He is an expert at treating chronic and acute non-surgical conditions of the shoulder, elbow, hip, knee and ankle using exercise therapy, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), viscosupplementation or corticosteroid.
